These booking terms and conditions govern all bookings that you make with Flight Locker. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Name Accuracy: Ensure the name on your reservation matches your passport. Amendment fees apply for name changes.
  • Itinerary Verification: Verify your itinerary before making payment. We are not liable for any errors post-payment.
  • Passport Validity: Ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of your return.
  • Visa and Passport Status: Check your visa conditions and passport status before travel, including transit points.

2. Passport and Visa Conditions

  • Validity:Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your return date.
  • Name Consistency: Names must match your passport exactly.
  • Visa Requirements: Verify visa requirements for all destinations and transits. We do not provide visa advice.

3. Health Requirements

  • Vaccinations:Ensure you meet health and vaccination requirements for your destination. Carry necessary documentation.

4. Duplicate Bookings

  • Responsibility:You are responsible for cancelling duplicate bookings made elsewhere. We are not liable for airline cancellations due to duplicate bookings.

5. Airline Schedule Changes

  • Changes:Flight schedules may change due to various reasons. The airline will provide options in case of changes. We are not liable for these changes.

6. Travel Documents

  • Documentation:Collect all travel documents before departure. Travel documents are non-transferable and may be non-refundable.
  • Name Accuracy:Ensure names on documents match your passport. We are not liable for errors not advised at the time of booking.

7. Airport Check-In

  • International Travel:Arrive at the airport 3 hours before departure. Check-in counters close 1 hour before departure.
  • Domestic Travel:Arrive at the airport 90 minutes before departure. Check-in counters close 1 hour before departure.

8. Baggage Information

  • Allowance:Confirm baggage allowance before ticket confirmation. Baggage rules vary by airline and sector.

9. Taxes

  • Government and Airport Taxes:Passengers are responsible for any taxes or charges imposed by government or airport authorities.

10. Cancellations and Changes

  • Fees:Service fees apply for changes and cancellations. Airline fees for reissue, fare difference, and taxes also apply.
    1. Flight Locker Fees:A$75 for reissue, A$150 for cancellation, A$100 for cancellations due to airline schedule changes.
  • Refunds:Refunds take approximately 8 to 12 weeks to process.

11. Special Requirements

  • Requests:Special requests (e.g., meals, seating) must be reconfirmed with us at least 3 days before departure. Requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

12. Liability

  • Third-Party Providers:We are not liable for cancellations or bankruptcy by third-party providers, including airlines.
  • Force Majeure:We are not liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control.
  • Limitation of Liability:Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.

13. Deposit

  • Non-Refundable:The A$60.00 deposit fee is non-refundable. It can be adjusted within 15 days of initial booking for the same passenger.
